Is the background called "bokeh?" or is it a "blurring" in this case?

yeah i did it with the Gaussian Blur in photoshop..
so i think "bluring" match it perfectly ^^

Nice manipulation, maybe too much blurring on the top.. but the atmosphere is good ;)
